Common questions

How do I manage or cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are handled by Apple, not by us. On your iPad or iPhone openSettings, tap your name, then Subscriptions. Cancelling stops the next renewal — you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.

I paid but the app still says I need a plan.

Open the subscription screen — it appears when you tap a paid feature, for example New Playbook on the home screen — and tap Restore Purchases. That asks the App Store what your Apple ID already owns and reapplies it.

Make sure you are signed in to the Apple ID you used for the original purchase. You may also need to be signed in to the same CourtVisions account you used when you subscribed. If it still does not appear, write to us with the Apple ID email you purchased with.

How do I add my assistant coaches?

Open your team and share the invite code. Anyone with the code joins as a member. You can promote up to four members to admin, and admins can create, publish, and manage team content alongside you.

How do I delete my account?

Tap your name in the top bar to open Account, then choose Delete account. If you own a team you will be asked to transfer it or disband it first, so your staff does not lose shared work without warning. Deletion is permanent.

Important: deleting your CourtVisions account does not automatically cancel an active App Store subscription. If you do not want it to renew, cancel it separately through Apple before you delete your account.

Which devices are supported?

CourtVisions runs on iPad and iPhone. On iPad it is designed for landscape use; on iPhone it is portrait.
